The Futurelab Labeller is an automated system for selecting and labelling blood collection tubes by LIS or HIS order. The Futurelab Labeller helps prevent mistakes and costs; guarantees patient and specimen.
The Futurelab Labeller L600 fully automates the sample labeling process in clinical laboratories, minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. The system integrates with LIS/HIS to accurately receive patient and sample information, selects the correct tubes, and applies patient labels to the tubes. Additionally, the sample tubes and labels are neatly arranged in a tray, making the process ready for the phlebotomist. By eliminating manual labeling tasks, the Futurelab Labeller L600 ensures sample safety, reduces processing time, and enhances overall laboratory efficiency. This system guarantees accurate identification of patients and samples, preventing pre-analytical errors and ensuring faster and more reliable process flow.

The Futurelab L600 Laboratory Tube Labeling System can process all types of primary tubes. Any cylindrical tube with a length of 76 - 120 mm and a diameter of 8 - 19 mm is easily handled by the machine.
The system detects the leading edge of the tube supplier label to avoid putting the label where it would block the window of the tube. This function enables viewing of the blood volume and quality in the tube.
The system works on a continuous flow basis without any interruptions. The device does not need to be stopped to load tubes.
There are 2 printers in the system, 1 automatic and 1 manual. 6 types of test tubes in the drawers are quickly transported to the labeling unit and barcoded with an automatic printer. The manual printer manually prepares barcodes for urine and gaita sample cups.
Trays can be loaded easily and unloaded automatically.
The system can prepare up to 1200 tubes per hour.
